BBC Introducing Line-up Confirmed For 2010

The Line-up for the BBC Introducing Stage has been officially confirmed for Reading Festival 2010.

All of the following will all appear on the stage across this years weekend:

Amy's Ghost, Arcs And Trauma, Blacklisters, Club Smith, End Of Level Baddie, Exit International, G.A.N.G., Gallops, Kverlertak, Lady Fortune, Lafaro, Little Fish, Love Ends Disaster, Midi Midis, Motion Picture Soundtrack, Mr Fogg, My Forever, Nerves, Our Fold, Peers, Penguin,Reaper In Sicily, Redtrack, Rotating Leslie, Runaround Kids, Shockparade, Sketches, Soul Circus, Stagecoach, The Brilliant Things, The Invasion Of, The Law, The Mighty Stef, We’re Only Afraid Of NYC, Wilder, Wot Gorilla.

Alternative Stage Line-up Announced

Reading Festival organisers have revealed who will be appearing on the Alternative Stage this year.

Again the stage will be headlined by a host of comedians including Emo Phillips, Jason Byrne, Steven K Amos, Kevin Bridges, Russell Kane and Rufus Hound.

Other acts include beatboxer Beardyman and 'indie superstar' Eddie Argos.

Florence Rumoured To Perform With Dizzee Rascal

Soulful vocalist Florence from Florence + The Machine is rumoured to make an appearance with Dizzee Rascal at Reading Festival 2010.

The singer made a surprise appearance with the British rapper at this years Glastonbury Festival, straight after finishing a set of her own on a different stage.

Our reader Stinka had the good fortune to speak with Florence back-stage at Glastonbury as well. He asked her about the future and she admitted she would be making more appearances with Dizzee this summer.

The line-up for the Lock Up Stage at Reading Festival 2010 has been confirmed by organisers.

Lock Up Line-up Announcement This Tuesday

The line-up for the Reading Festival 2010 Lock Up Stage will be released this Tuesday, say organisers.

The Official Leeds and Reading Twitter account made the announcement to fans this week:

"Listen to Mike Davies' lock up show on Radio 1  from 2am Tues to hear the lock up stage be announced!"

Hadouken! For Reading Festival 2010

Hadouken! have confirmed themselves for this years Reading Festival Weekend.


The band announced they will be playing at Reading Festival 2010 at a recent gig in Leeds. They said they will be playing at around 4pm, but we're not sure what day yet!
